Caitlin and Steven are Northern Virginia natives, who know the neighborhoods & specific locations like no one else. With a degree in Design from Radford University, Caitlin has successfully applied her design expertise towards the staging & marketing of hundreds of homes. In producing detailed market analysis’ of homes for both buyers & sellers, Caitlin has developed an extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia Real Estate Market. The most important part of the transaction to her is that the client walked away with the best experience as possible. She prides herself on providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Steven also graduated from Radford University, studying Business Management while also playing baseball at the Division 1 level. After graduation, Steven worked for numerous top government contractors holding positions in business development and contract negotiations. Steven brings his business knowledge and area expertise to help his clients with any real estate needs.

Ellis Properties also features a full time buyer specialist, Chloe Sklar. Chloe approaches each client with a driven work ethic, attention to detail and a true focus on customer care.
